timesheets Overall: excellent. easy to use and can use from home. Pros: The clock on and off mechanism makes timesheets so easy and you can easily add notes to your shifts Cons: Rostering holiday requests could be easier to see the overall picture, like in a calendar

WageLoch - Save time & money on Employee Management & Payroll Overall: WageLoch has reduced our processing time, saved clients' time, money & angst with efficiency gains and more accountability of staff management Pros: Ease & efficiency of operation, first set up we ever did, saved the client $26,000 in wages. Time creep was reduced enormously with staff having to digitally log in & out to record timesheets. Rostering so much easier with staff able to assign availability, reducing the number of calls you have to make to find replacement staff Cons: Reports are great, but take a little mastering, once mastered, excellent. Would love to see award interpretation and full payroll processing & reporting in the future

Pros: The set up process was very easy and the implementation team were very patient and helpful. Cons: It would be really great if you could sort by hours per day when authorising timesheets.

Wageloch Review Overall: very positive as I have been using it since 2016 for pharmacy and childcare industry Pros: IT has simplified Rostering, Timesheets, onboarding staff and keeping all files electronically. I have definitely saved a lot of paper. Policies and procedures are very easily signed by staff Cons: Not able to to separate the financials from the administrative role
